I know what it is like when someone takes your ideas and pawn them as their own. Likewise, I know what it is like to work under female leaders (Queen Bees) and endure psychological stress from constant attacks and relentless abuse as a powerless victim of a woman boss’ wrath. Lastly, as CEO of my own small business, I know what it is like when a company undermind your fees through manipulation with the promise of more business, and you take bate of lowering your fees simply because you didn’t know how to sell your ideas nor know your worth.
