Take comfort …based on all of the clients we have served, and what we know to be possible for you to be an effective leader, we can’t imagine why you would be the only leader that Poimena’s signature programs and tried and true system, LEADS! Executive Success System™, wouldn’t work for. There is no reason you would be the one exception.
All personalities are welcome at Poimena. There isn’t a personality we can not work with. However, our trainings and programs do not work for professional women who make excuses, blame others, talk about being a victim of their circumstances, and complain of not having any money to invest in themselves.

First, we are unique through organization as we assess ministries at three levels: individual, team, and organization. What does this mean to you? We review your ministry holistically beyond individual leadership roles.
Second, Poimena Consulting is different through the solutions offered are for Faith-Based Women Leaders, who serve in ministry. Traditional programs focus on the models and principles of leadership. However, Karlyn and her team signature leadership, team, and organization design programs are based on a biblical worldview; the Word of God. All of Poimena Consulting’s programs empower FAITH-BASED WOMEN LEADERS with strategy, tools, resources, and experiences that work in ministry.
Finally, as the leader of Poimena Consulting, Karlyn’s knowledge, competency, and experience are uniquely different than any leadership development and organization effectiveness consultant. Her values include: Godly character, commitment, faithfulness, trust, and leadership.
Leadership ability is determined upon a leader’s effectiveness. If you don’t know how to lead effectively, there will be a limited on your success. You personally determine your effectiveness by allowing yourself to learn, grow, and apply all that is required to experience successful and profitable results.
For example on a scale of 1 to 10, if you choose a 5 level of leadership effectiveness, then your team and organization will be a 3 or 4. Not much success there. However, if you choose to learn, apply and grow to a 9 or 10, then your team / organization will be a 9 or 10 in success and profitability. The sooner you realize the measure of your success determines the level of success for your team / organization, the sooner you can guarantee yourself to an effective leader in record time.

Poimena’s trainings and programs vary in length. Our programs range in length of 1 day intensives to 1 year all inclusive programs. Most workshops are designed to be an half day or full day in length.

With over 20 years of corporate experience in management, along with consulting experience, Karlyn D. Henderson, M.A. brings to the table a rich experience of organizational leadership, as well as, high level facilitation and coaching skills to make each Poimena Consulting signature program an unique experience. Miss Henderson is currently pursing an Associate Coaching Certification (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Additionally, Minister Henderson has served in ministry for over 25 years in various capacities of service to the Lord including a licensed Minister, New Members Class Leader and Teacher, and Singles Ministry, and Evangelistic Outreach. Currently, Karlyn serves as Church Administrator at Word In Seasons Ministry Family and Life Center in Norfolk, Virginia, under the leadership of Pastor Diana Elston.

If after that time, you are still not satisfied, for any reason, you may receive a full refund. Administrative costs, shipping, and handling are non-refundable.

Any product or service has a 6 month refund period. The reason is simple: it takes time for leadership development and team effectiveness changes to fully manifest, usually up to 6 months and in some cases longer depending upon the individual or team.
