Shipping & Return Policy
Customer orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) from our fulfillment center located in Snellville, Georgia and is based on the shipping carrier Select products may ship from our office headquarters in Snellville, Georgia.
Shipping charges are not applied to seminar and workshop registrations or product that is delivered digitally, such as mp3 downloads, software and e-courses.
Please note: We do not guarantee delivery or provide tracking information for orders shipped via USPS. Additionally, orders not received via USPS will not be reshipped or refunded.
Please allow up to 3-5 Business days for processing, in addition to the shipping times below (excluding weekends and holidays).
Any order placed after 11am PST will be processed the following business day.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four to six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Exceptions for Returns
Digital download purchases are non-refundable. These files are placed onto your store account and immediately available upon purchase. Because of this no refunds can be issued for digital product purchases.
